Swiss screw machining is often the best choice for miniature, slender, or highly detailed parts because the guide bushing supports the material at the cutting zone, reducing deflection. For sharp internal corners or hardened conductive materials, EDM is highly effective. CNC turning and milling are then used where broader geometry or multi-feature machining is required.
