CNC Turning
Produce cylindrical automotive components with tight dimensional control, live tooling capability, and repeatable accuracy across prototype and production quantities.
M.A.R.'s Engineering manufactures precision CNC turning lathe parts for automotive applications, supporting everything from prototypes to high-volume runs. With in-house turning, screw machining, grinding, and finishing under one roof, we help automotive buyers source tight-tolerance components with consistent quality, faster lead times, and streamlined production management.

Precision-turned automotive components produced for prototype, short-run, and high-volume manufacturing requirements.
Produce cylindrical automotive components with tight dimensional control, live tooling capability, and repeatable accuracy across prototype and production quantities.
Manufacture smooth, stepped, grooved, and threaded shafts and pins for automotive assemblies, with optional centerless grinding for ultra-fine finishes and close diameter tolerances.
Machine precision bushings and sleeves for wear, alignment, and motion-control applications, supporting thin-wall and heavy-wall designs in multiple metals and engineered plastics.
Create automotive fittings and connectors with threads, grooves, ports, and sealing features completed in a single setup for reliable fit and function.
Produce screws, studs, inserts, and standoffs with consistent thread accuracy for automotive assemblies requiring dependable repeatability in medium to high volumes.
Machine flanges and couplings with accurate bores, faces, bolt patterns, and secondary features for automotive mechanical and fluid-handling systems.
Our CNC turning lathe parts service is designed for automotive programs that demand repeatability, speed, and dimensional control. M.A.R.'s Engineering combines CNC turning, screw machining, centerless grinding, and in-house finishing to reduce handoffs and keep critical tolerances intact. Whether you need shafts, bushings, fittings, or threaded components, we deliver production-ready parts with traceability and consistent quality.

Built on decades of machining knowledge.
M.A.R.'s Engineering Company Inc. was founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and has remained a family-run precision manufacturing business ever since. Over the decades, the company expanded its capabilities through new equipment, a second operations department, multi-spindle capacity, and a dedicated CNC department. Leadership continuity has remained strong, with Manny Blaine Ambrosio growing up in the business, managing operations by 1990, and purchasing the company in 1996. Today, M.A.R.'s Engineering continues to serve industries such as automotive with an end-to-end manufacturing approach that combines precision screw machining, CNC turning, Wire EDM, grinding, finishing, and assembly in one facility to improve quality control, shorten lead times, and simplify sourcing.
CNC turning lathes are ideal for cylindrical and rotational automotive components such as shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, threaded fasteners, fittings, couplings, and connector bodies. With live tooling and sub-spindle capability, parts can also include cross-holes, grooves, flats, threads, and milled features completed in fewer setups for better dimensional consistency.
