Swiss Machining
Produce small, complex, tight-tolerance components with Swiss-type CNC equipment ideal for miniature parts, long slender geometries, and multi-operation machining in a single setup.
From first article prototypes to scalable production, M.A.R.'s Engineering delivers precision machining, finishing, and assembly under one roof. Customers get tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and fewer vendor handoffs through integrated CNC, Swiss machining, EDM, and secondary operations built for complex parts and repeatable results.

Integrated machining and production services for precision parts, prototypes, and scalable manufacturing in one facility.
Produce small, complex, tight-tolerance components with Swiss-type CNC equipment ideal for miniature parts, long slender geometries, and multi-operation machining in a single setup.
Machine cylindrical parts, threaded features, fittings, bushings, and custom turned components with consistent dimensional accuracy for both prototype quantities and repeat production runs.
Cut conductive materials with sharp internal corners, intricate outlines, and tight tolerances using wire EDM for hard materials, tooling, and detailed custom features.
Create custom machined parts and prototypes with advanced milling and water jet support for intricate geometries, clean cuts, and efficient material preparation.
Support short, medium, and high-volume runs with single-spindle and multi-spindle screw machining for cost-efficient production of precision turned components.
Complete parts in-house with plating, polishing, deburring, powder coating, and light assembly to reduce outside processing delays and simplify project management.
M.A.R.'s Engineering helps customers move from concept validation to repeatable production without juggling multiple vendors. With in-house CNC turning, Swiss machining, EDM, milling, finishing, and light assembly, projects stay on schedule and under tighter quality control. That integrated approach reduces lead times, improves consistency between prototype and production parts, and supports both specialized low-volume work and cost-efficient larger runs.

Family-run precision manufacturing with deep machining experience.
M.A.R.'s Engineering Company Inc. was founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and has remained a family-run business ever since. Over the decades, the company expanded from precision screw machining into a more complete manufacturing operation by adding multi-spindle capacity, a CNC department, and in-house Wire EDM capabilities. That growth has allowed M.A.R.'s Engineering to support customers with everything from prototypes to high-volume production while maintaining close control over quality, turnaround, and consistency. The company continues to focus on practical customer service, dependable machining expertise, and integrated in-house capabilities that simplify complex manufacturing projects.
Prototyping in manufacturing is the process of producing an initial part or small batch to verify design intent, dimensions, fit, function, and manufacturability before full production begins. It helps identify tolerance issues, material concerns, and feature challenges early, reducing costly revisions later. At M.A.R.'s Engineering, prototypes can also be built using the same in-house machining capabilities used for production, which improves continuity when scaling up.
