About Our Team

Built on decades of machining knowledge.

M.A.R.'s Engineering Company Inc. was founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and has remained a family-run precision manufacturer ever since. Over the decades, the company expanded from screw machining into a broader in-house operation that includes CNC capabilities, Wire EDM, finishing support, and secondary processes that help customers reduce lead times and simplify sourcing. Manny Blaine Ambrosio grew up in the business, began managing operations in 1990, and purchased the company in 1996, continuing its investment in newer machining technology and quality-focused production. Today, M.A.R.'s Engineering serves demanding industries such as aerospace with a practical, hands-on approach centered on precision, responsiveness, and long-term manufacturing partnerships.

Frequently Asked Questions

What plastics are used in aerospace?

Aerospace applications commonly use engineering plastics such as PEEK, PTFE, Delrin, nylon, UHMW, and other high-performance polymers selected for weight reduction, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and temperature performance. The right material depends on the part's operating environment, load, friction requirements, and tolerance demands. Machinability and traceability are also important considerations for aerospace production.
