Precision machined metal and plastic components

Our Specialty Metals & Plastics Manufacturer Services

Precision machining and finishing services for complex components, prototypes, and production runs across regulated and high-performance industries.

Swiss Machining

Produces miniature, complex components with ultra-tight tolerances using sliding headstock technology. Ideal for medical, electronics, and high-precision industrial parts requiring excellent repeatability and multi-operation efficiency.

CNC Turning

Delivers accurate cylindrical parts such as shafts, bushings, fittings, and threaded components. Supports prototype through production volumes with live tooling and sub-spindle capabilities for complex feature relationships.

EDM Machining

Cuts conductive materials with sharp internal corners, intricate outlines, and tight tolerances. Well suited for hardened alloys, detailed features, and custom tooling that improves downstream production efficiency.

Screw Machining

Supports short, medium, and high-volume runs through single-spindle and multi-spindle equipment. Efficiently produces precision turned parts with multiple operations completed in one setup.

Centerless Grinding

Achieves fine surface finishes and diameter tolerances as close as 0.0001 inches. Ideal for shafts, pins, tubing, and cylindrical parts requiring smooth, consistent outer dimensions.

Finishing & Assembly

Provides plating, polishing, deburring, coating, and light assembly in-house. Helps streamline production, reduce vendor handoffs, and deliver ready-to-install components with consistent surface performance.

Integrated Manufacturing Advantage

Built for Tight Tolerances and Scale

M.A.R.'s Engineering helps customers source precision metal and plastic components from one experienced manufacturing partner. With Swiss machining, CNC turning, screw machining, EDM, grinding, and finishing under one roof, the company reduces lead times, improves quality control, and supports everything from prototypes to high-volume production. That means fewer handoffs, better traceability, and dependable results for critical medical, industrial, and automotive applications.

About Our Team

Experienced manufacturing leadership with deep machining roots.

M.A.R.'s Engineering Company Inc. was founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and has remained a family-run business ever since. Built on precision screw machining and close-tolerance manufacturing, the company expanded over the decades through new equipment, added departments, and long-term customer relationships earned through referrals and consistent performance. A major milestone came with the addition of multi-spindle capabilities, followed by continued investment under Manny Blaine Ambrosio, who began managing the business in 1990 and purchased it in 1996. Today, M.A.R.'s Engineering continues to serve medical, industrial, and automotive customers with integrated in-house machining, EDM, finishing, and assembly capabilities designed to improve quality control, shorten lead times, and simplify sourcing.
