M.A.R.'s Engineering delivers tight-tolerance components, prototype-to-production flexibility, and in-house finishing, grinding, and EDM capabilities that help reduce lead times, simplify sourcing, and maintain consistent quality across every run.

From prototypes to high-volume runs, we produce precision turned parts with integrated machining, finishing, and quality control.
Produce miniature, complex, and long slender components with exceptional stability and tolerances as tight as ±0.0001 inches using Swiss-type CNC equipment.
Ideal for short to medium runs of custom precision parts, this process supports multiple operations in one cycle for efficient, close-tolerance production.
Built for high-volume manufacturing, multi-spindle screw machining performs several operations simultaneously to improve speed, consistency, and per-part cost efficiency.
Manufacture shafts, bushings, fittings, and threaded parts with accurate feature relationships using CNC turning with live tooling and sub-spindle capability.
Create intricate outlines, sharp internal corners, and detailed features in conductive materials, including hardened alloys and custom tooling applications.
Achieve super-fine finishes and diameter tolerances up to 0.0001 inches for cylindrical parts such as pins, shafts, tubing, and bar stock.
M.A.R.'s Engineering provides specialty screw machine products and services for customers who need close tolerances, repeatable quality, and fewer production bottlenecks. With Swiss machining, single- and multi-spindle capacity, CNC support, EDM, grinding, and finishing under one roof, the team can streamline sourcing, reduce handoffs, and deliver precision components ready for demanding aerospace, medical, electronics, and industrial applications.

M.A.R.'s Engineering Company Inc. was founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and has remained a family-run business ever since. Over the decades, the company expanded its capabilities through new equipment, a second operations department, and continued investment in advanced machining technology. A major milestone came in 1982 with the purchase of Automatic Screw Products, adding multi-spindle capacity. Manny Blaine Ambrosio began managing the business in 1990 and purchased it in 1996, continuing its growth with new machines, a CNC department, and in-house Wire EDM. Today, the company focuses on delivering complete manufacturing support, close-tolerance machining, and dependable service that helps customers move efficiently from prototype to production.
Specialty screw machining is used for precision turned components such as fasteners, inserts, shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, fittings, connectors, spacers, and miniature custom parts. It is especially effective for cylindrical or multi-feature components that require tight tolerances, repeatable dimensions, threading, cross-holes, grooves, or fine surface finishes across prototype and production quantities.
