Precision manufacturing support for complex, tight-tolerance components from prototype development through repeatable production runs.
Produces small, complex components with extremely tight tolerances using sliding headstock technology, ideal for miniature electrical contact parts and precision sealing hardware requiring multi-operation accuracy.
Cuts conductive materials with exceptional repeatability for intricate profiles, sharp internal corners, and detailed features often needed in custom contacts, tooling, and specialty component geometries.
Supports cylindrical precision parts in prototype and production quantities, delivering consistent dimensional relationships for custom contact bodies, sleeves, fittings, and other engineered components.
Achieves super-fine finishes and ultra-tight diameter tolerances for pins, shafts, and cylindrical parts where fit, wear resistance, and smooth performance are critical.
Manufactures miniature precision components when standard machining cannot meet required scale, geometry, or tolerance demands, supporting zero-defect applications across advanced industries.
Provides in-house plating, polishing, deburring, and light assembly to improve corrosion resistance, conductivity, surface quality, and readiness for final installation.
Custom-engineered seals, springs, and electrical contacts demand more than basic machining—they require repeatable accuracy, material control, and dependable finishing. M.A.R.'s Engineering combines Swiss machining, CNC turning, EDM, grinding, and in-house secondary services to help customers consolidate sourcing, reduce lead times, and receive production-ready components backed by traceable quality systems and decades of manufacturing experience.

M.A.R.'s Engineering Company Inc. was founded in 1964 by Manuel and Reine Ambrosio and has remained a family-run business ever since. Over the decades, the company expanded its capabilities through new equipment, a second operations department, and continued investment in advanced machining technology. The business added multi-spindle capacity in 1982 and later expanded further under Manny Blaine Ambrosio's leadership, including the addition of a CNC department and in-house Wire EDM capability. Today, M.A.R.'s Engineering continues to serve customers that need close-tolerance parts, dependable turnaround, and a single-source manufacturing partner for prototype, production, finishing, and assembly support.
M.A.R.'s Engineering manufactures precision components for demanding applications, including miniature parts, electrical contact-related components, threaded parts, fittings, bushings, sleeves, shafts, pins, and other close-tolerance machined products. The shop supports both prototype and production work using Swiss machining, CNC turning, EDM, grinding, and in-house finishing to meet dimensional, surface, and functional requirements.
